Bandung Getaway: BEEHIVE HOTEL

This is a long overdue post!

Can’t believe that i got so many things to do lately and got this baby blog abandoned. I thought i would be faithful. haha.. Well, actually i thank God that i’m busy tho! since this is what i have been praying for since i got back to Jakarta. I have to be honest that being a full time freelancer is not an easy thing for me. Apparently managing my own time is not as easy as i thought. I sometimes got swayed with the laziness, that i can just stay put in my room doing nothing, but sometimes i can be super occupied with things and don’t even have time to pray. Well, guess this is the time for me to learn how to manage my time well, since we can’t turned back the time, can we?

Anyway, enough with my ‘curhat’ session. haha.

This time, i want to bring you to one well conceptualised boutique hotel in Bandung named BEEHIVE. This hotel is not a new place,  i am very sure some of you have known this hotel, but i just got the chance to visit this place many weeks ago.

The very first reason why we chose this hotel is because the uniqueness of their ‘attic room’, a very instagramable spot for people who loves to take pictures like me. HAHA. *Gonna show that later below. But other than that particular room, BEEHIVE does have a very homey feeling. From its entrance to its room, it feels like you are entering a huge house and not a hotel.

BEEHIVE has a scandinavian concept of interior with a different touch of home-design in each floor. And talking about each floor, this place does NOT have any elevator. So, i would suggest you not to bring huge luggage, since you have to carry it up your own, more over if you want to book the attic style room, which is located at the highest floor (5th floor). Well, i am very sure they have porter service too, just that we did not ask, since we did not bring a lot stuffs that time.

I personally like this hotel. It is located at the heart of Bandung, which is easy to find, has a large parking space, easy to go to the latest cafe in town, lovely design and comfortable room, and not-so-expensive hotel price for youngsters like us. They have their own cafe too, which im not too sure if it’s good, cause we only tried their breakfast menu that was just okay (for me). But i guess, the food there is not bad, since we saw a lot of office people coming over for lunch.
